The company charged customers a fee to run a diagnosis on their appliance, and a service fee for repairs work on their appliance. After the diagnosis on the appliance whether the customer wants to repair the Appliances or not, they still have to pay for the diagnosis fee, plus tax.
- The diagnosis price starts at 75$ to 105$. That all depends on the appliance problem that needs troubleshooting.
- The Labor price ranges from 40$ to 455 that all depends on the type of work the technician will need to perform on the appliance.
- First set of service repair price ranges from 105$ to 160$, Diagnosis and labor
- Second set of service repair prices range from 170$ to 270$. Diagnosis and labor.
- Third set of service repair prices range from 270$ to 455$. Diagnosis and labor
- Note: while the Note: while the technician performs the diagnosis on the unit, if the technician finds the unit has more than one problem. The company will not charge the customer a second diagnosis fee for the same appliance. - Note: once a repair is done on a unit regarding an issue, if the customer is still having problems with the unit, they are free to call the company to come out and check out the problem. If the problem is related or on the same branch line the company technicians had fixed, the company will take care of that problem free of charge. If the problem is not related or not in the same branch as the previous repair. The company will Charge the customer for the new diagnosis and repair of the appliance.
- Customer part order or part replace: customers have to pay for the part or parts that their appliances need.
- Parts order usually takes 5 to 10 business days to come. As soon as the company receives a customer part the company will notify the customer,and set up an appointment to replace it.
- The company is not responsible for part or parts delayed, that is an issue out of the company's hand. We understand the issues and frustration of parts being delayed. And will try our best to check the status of the part. For when it's going to be delivered.
